APPEARANCE: Pale straw with a subtle green hue.
BOUQUET: Delightful aromas of fresh melon and stone fruit, with
just a hint of fresh lime.
PALATE: The textural, fruit forward palate is supported by crisp
acidity, ensuring it finishes crisp, clean and with
excellent length.

Winemaker Notes
The 2019 vintage was notable for its highly condensed nature, low rainfall & a hot, dry summer in which several heat records were broken. However, the dry season had its benefits, with low disease pressure & reduced canopy growth allowing the vines to focus on ripening the grapes to perfection. Harvest was short, sharp & shiny, as the warm weather brought ripening on quickly, & the fruit was all picked & crushed within a matter of weeks.
